"The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are." -Carl Jung
As a person with lived experience, I recognize the courage it takes to ask for help. My counseling approach is integrative and heavily influenced by attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology and relational cultural theory (RCT) which highlight the power of relationships in shaping who we have been and who we are becoming.
Each human being moves through life with a unique mind, body, and soul. Together, we will explore your context (i.e., your history, strengths, challenges, values, relationships, environments, and goals) to determine the best course of action. Whether you intend to walk a path of complete sobriety or one of moderation, I will listen and seek to understand what matters most to you.
I see therapy as an invitation to re-consider your life's direction, to get to know yourself on a deeper level, and to align with "who you truly are." You are the healer. I simply offer another set of eyes and ears to help you find and follow your inner compass.
